To support our Product Marketing Team we are looking for a

Product Coordinator (m/f/d) 

based in Meerbusch, Stuttgart area or remote 

• Drive go-to-market strategies for new products – from concept to launch, you independently shape successful market entry plans
• Coordinate cross-functional product launches, ensuring seamless collaboration between departments for impactful rollouts
• Manage the entire product lifecycle, from development to phase-out, with a keen eye on market trends and performance
• Spark innovation by gathering product ideas through direct customer interaction, trade shows, and technical seminars
• Be the bridge between Sales and Product Development – translating customer needs into actionable product improvements
• Collaborate with the Technical Training team to deliver compelling new product training and create effective sales enablement materials
• Provide technical support to the sales team, empowering them with the knowledge and tools to succeed
• Plan and participate in trade shows and exhibitions, playing a key role in product presentation and brand visibility
• Ensure accurate product data management for a reliable and efficient product information flow
• Define content for product brochures, helping communicate technical value in a clear and engaging way

• You have successfully completed vocational training as a machine tool operator, ideally combined with further qualification as a technician or a degree in mechanical engineering
• You bring deep expertise in metal cutting and machining techniques, paired with a hands-on understanding of manufacturing processes
• You have professional experience in sales or product management within the cutting tools sector
• You possess solid CNC programming knowledge and can speak the language of both the shop floor and the technical team
• You're familiar with the entire product lifecycle, particularly the process-driven aspects of introducing and trialing cutting tools in the field
• You have a strong grasp of market trends and competitor activity, allowing you to position products strategically
• You communicate confidently in both German and English, written and spoken
• You're open to national and international travel, representing the company with professionalism and technical know-how
• You have excellent communication skills and a natural ability to connect with cross-functional teams
• You're a confident presenter who thrives in front of an audience—whether at internal trainings or on the trade show stage
